SMARTBRAINZ Education provides educational books, STEM kits, robotics kits, coding resources, AI learning solutions, digital content, teacher resources, and related educational products and services for schools, educators, parents, and students.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

- You will use our website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Products & Services
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However:

- Product packaging may change without prior notice.
- Product availability is subject to stock.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
Our website operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products may be sold and fulfilled either directly by SMARTBRAINZ Education or by independent third-party vendors ("Sellers") registered on our platform. Each listing clearly indicates the seller responsible for that item.
Third-Party Vendors / Marketplace Sellers Updated
SMARTBRAINZ Education uses a multi-vendor marketplace platform to allow independent, verified third-party sellers ("Vendors") to list and sell their own products directly through our website.
- Vendor listings — products are created, described, priced, and managed by the respective Vendor. We require accurate information but do not independently verify every listing, and are not liable for Vendor-provided content inaccuracies.
- Order fulfilment — orders may be processed, packed, and shipped directly by the Vendor or through logistics arrangements facilitated by our platform. Delivery timelines may differ from SMARTBRAINZ Education's own products.
- Payments to Vendors — payments are collected by SMARTBRAINZ Education on behalf of the Vendor and settled with the Vendor as per our internal payout policy. We act as facilitator of the transaction and payment gateway integration only.
- Returns & disputes — handled per our Return & Refund Policy, with coordination from the concerned Vendor where necessary. We are not liable for a Vendor's failure to fulfil an order or resolve a dispute in a timely manner.
- Vendor conduct — Vendors are independent entities solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including product quality, safety standards, taxation, and consumer protection regulations.
- Liability — we are not liable for loss, damage, defect, or dispute arising directly from Vendor-sold products, beyond facilitating resolution between customer and Vendor.
- Vendor onboarding — Sellers must agree to a separate Vendor Agreement covering listing guidelines, payout terms, and conduct standards, in addition to these Terms.
Orders
All orders placed through our website — whether for SMARTBRAINZ Education's own products or Vendor-listed products — are subject to acceptance and availability. SMARTBRAINZ Education reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject any order.
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
- Limit quantities purchased by an individual customer or institution.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices for Vendor products are set independently by the respective Vendor.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments must be completed before order processing begins.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways to process online payments, including payments toward Vendor products.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Whether the order is fulfilled by SMARTBRAINZ Education or an independent Vendor
- Courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including for orders fulfilled by third-party Vendors. Customers are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, brand names, product designs, images, graphics, videos, documents, educational content, AI learning materials, and website design — is the intellectual property of SMARTBRAINZ Education or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and IP laws.
Vendor-uploaded product content remains the intellectual property of the respective Vendor, who warrants they hold the rights to publish it. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
- Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious code.
- Copy or misuse website content.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Limitation of Liability
SMARTBRAINZ Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the website.
- Delays in delivery or website interruptions.
- Technical failures.
- Third-party Vendor or service interruptions, errors, or non-performance.
- Unauthorised access to user accounts beyond our reasonable control.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Our website may contain links to external websites, as well as content, listings, and storefronts managed by independent Vendors, for your convenience. SMARTBRAINZ Education is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, product accuracy, or policies of third-party websites or independent Vendors operating on our marketplace.

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities carried out using your account.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or security concerns.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
